Wet concrete with a white grafitto. I had rained a bit before and the concrete is still partially wet, which looks very pleasing with the white writing to me. Taken in June 2022 witch a Pixel 3a in St. Pauli, Hamburg. The concrete block is placed for collision protection in the parking lot of a local supermarket.
