I accidentally stumbled upon a short clip of a Smerz live performance on a big social media site and was instantly hooked. I can wholehartedly recommend their album "Big city life" which is available on bandcamp.com. The Oslo-based duo's "You got time and I got money" quickly emerged as my favourite new love song - warm, soft, unapologetically consumerist and all that with a cheeky smile. Feels like being in love in the 2000s.
